Confidentiality is crucial. We know how important it is to keep business plans, especially the sale of a business, confidential until the deal is done. When we list your business for sale, we will only display information needed to qualify the potential buyers(s). When we’re working with an interested buyer and we reach the point where we must reveal more specifics about your particular business, we will then have the buyer sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). This agreement legally protects the seller from the buyer or any of the buyer’s advisors disclosing any confidential information about the seller’s business for a period of three years.
If we list your business and it does not sell, we do not get paid. If we sell your business, a success fee is paid at closing. All success fees will be agreed upon and put in writing as a part of the listing agreement.
